Here’s why it’s a mixed review

It was just an ideal choice for a couple of nights in Vienna with real value for money. I appreciated how well the staff handled my concerns during my stay, which made for a smoother experience. Try to request a room on a higher floor to avoid noise from the street.

great location but noisy nights
The interior design impressed me with its elegance and modern touches. I loved the convenient access to plenty of public parking, especially being free on weekends. The view from my room was a lovely cityscape that added charm to my stay.
Unfortunately, the noise from the elevator operations at night disrupted my sleep experience.

I was particularly impressed by the spacious rooms and the exceptional customer service. The design was modern yet inviting, making it easy for us seniors to move around comfortably. I also appreciated the easy access to the U1 metro line.
A small fridge in the room would be helpful.

The location's proximity to the U1 subway line made it super convenient for exploring Vienna. The room I stayed in, a Standard Double Room bath shower, was genuinely spacious. A lot of counter space in the bathroom and an additional WC added comfort. The beds were really comfortable, and I appreciated the cleanliness throughout the hotel. Breakfast offered a great selection. eggs, breads, and several vegetarian options made mornings enjoyable. While the staff were mostly friendly, I did encounter one unhelpful experience with the reception. Although check-in was smooth, I felt that the support could have been more accommodating when I asked about local attractions. The noise from the elevators was noticeable, especially during the night, which might be an issue for light sleepers. I think a little more soundproofing would greatly enhance comfort. I missed having a small fridge in the room, which could’ve been helpful for keeping drinks cool. very nice, but a few tweaks needed to reach that ideal stay.

Awesome stay!
We really enjoyed our time here! Big shoutout to Annett B at breakfast, she was super friendly and made our mornings special. The room was spacious and clean, which was a relief. not having a small fridge in the room was a bit of a letdown. Loved the bar area too!

Unfortunately, I found the elevator was out of service during my stay, which made getting around a real chore, especially with bags in tow. There were noticeable disturbances from overhead operations. I could hear the elevator machinery, which was a nuisance at night. The WiFi connection was frustratingly slow, particularly for someone trying to stay connected while traveling. I thought the breakfast offerings were somewhat inconsistent in terms of variety. And while I appreciated the layout of the room, a minibar would have been a convenient touch that was sorely missed.

Had a fantastic time with friends! The hotel was super close to the U1 metro line, making it easy to explore popular spots like Kärntner Strasse and the Naschmarkt. The staff were incredibly friendly, always ready to share insider tips. The breakfast buffet had an awesome variety that kick-started our mornings perfectly!
While I enjoyed my stay, the carpet in the room was a bit worn and could use an update, which was a minor distraction.
